AI Contract Overview
The contract solicits four close-tolerance screws identified by NSN 5305-01-519-1518 under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-09EP, with delivery required 170 days after award to Tracy, California, at FOB Origin terms. Compliance with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced through R and I numbers, governs all technical and quality specifications, superseding supplementary standards like ASTM D3951 in case of conflict. Packaging and marking must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-129 for labeling, barcoding, and shipment identification, while RP001 defines DLA-specific packaging mandates. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination, governed by zero-defect sampling standards per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively; MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4 may determine sample size but requires zero non-conformances unless contractually altered. All items must be physically marked per RQ017, and government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies as per RQ011. The contract incorporates multiple FAR and DFARS clauses including mandatory cybersecurity protections under 252.204-7012, hazardous material identification under 52.223-3 requiring contractor-completed tables, employment verification, anti-trafficking compliance, and sustainable product provisions, all modified under Deviation 2026-00038. Contractors must provide UEI and CAGE codes, represent socio-economic status, and disclose use of restricted telecommunications equipment under DFARS 252.204-7017. Invoicing is exclusively through WAWF, and payment administration depends on DoDAACs to be inserted post-award. No pricing details are specified in Section B, and the contract type remains undefined pending award. All submissions must be made through the DIBBS portal by the August 4, 2026 deadline, and the contracting officer’s representative and technical points of contact will be designated upon award.
