The contract solicits 5 packing groups (PG), each containing 50 self-tapping screws, for a total of 250 screws, identified by NSN 5305-01-550-7821 and part number A3271256-3. The item is a 4-40 x .187 inch, panhead, Phillips, non-waxed, self-tapping screw per drawing A3266100-1 and technical data package Rev A Gen 1, with no shelf life requirement. All technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede any referenced standards such as ASTM D3951, and must be followed in full. Packaging and labeling must conform to MIL-STD-129 and palletization must adhere to DLA’s RP001 packaging requirements. Identification marking follows paragraph 4.1.b(2) of MIL-STD-130N, in addition to manufacturer logos, lot numbers, and material identifiers, with no Item Unique Identification required per DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i).
