This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional infomraiton included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



RFQ N6449826Q5175 is for Brand Name materials of LSMSCU-61 Cable. No Substitues will be accepted. Please reference part numbers and ensure all items follow the Brand Name requirements.



The proposed contraction is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106.
