Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for seal assemblies made in accordance with drawing(s).


The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.502-2(c). A class waiver to the non-manufacturer rule is in effect in accordance with FAR with 19.102(f)(4). The delivery is required to be FOB Destination.


Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx . The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted.


This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.  Synopsis exception FAR 5.201(b)(1) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0234 is hereby issued as attachments hereto.
