The contract specifies a quantity of 331 units with a delivery timeline of 51 days after delivery order. The maximum contract value is capped at 350,000 dollars, with unit pricing ranging between 16.95 and 18.33 dollars across multiple CLINs. Inspection and acceptance are conducted at the destination by the government, and invoicing must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Strict material and packaging standards are mandated to ensure item integrity and safety. Supplies must be entirely free of asbestos and mercury, with specific exceptions for functional mercury in approved systems per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Due to the risk of ultraviolet degradation for items in Federal Supply Classifications 5330 and 5331, the seals must be packaged in medium duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bags according to MIL-DTL-117, Type II, Class C, Style 1. All shipments must comply with MIL-STD-129 for marking and bar-coding, and MIL-STD-2073-1E for preservation.
