AI Contract Overview
The Federal Aviation Administration’s En Route Construction Group is seeking information on LED light fixtures that comply with FAA-E-37018 specifications, FCC Title 47 Part 15 Class B emissions standards, and the FAA’s unique Buy American Preference requirement, which differs from the Buy America Act. All fixtures must emit 4000K CCT except for wrap/shop lights, which require 5000K CCT, and all troffers must be dimmable and linkable. This is a market survey only, not a solicitation for bids or proposals, and no contract will be awarded based on responses. Vendors bear all costs associated with submission, and the government makes no commitment to purchase any products. Submit product information exclusively via email to Cindi Tjelde at cindi.tjelde@faa.gov by 5:00 PM PT on Wednesday, July 29, 2026; no phone inquiries will be accepted.
