This contract involves the repair of one unit of an aircraft seat identified by National Stock Number 1680 016986298, under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) spares requirement. It is a sole source procurement, meaning a single contractor is designated to fulfill the order. The contract adheres to all terms and conditions outlined in the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-26-G-P401. The initial induction period for repairing the unit is set at 365 calendar days from the award date, with the Government retaining the option to extend this period by an additional 730 days, allowing for a total of two years during which unused induction slots from the first year may be carried over. Pricing requires the contractor to propose option prices for a maximum of one unit throughout the entire contract duration, including any extended periods. Separate pricing must be provided if there are changes beyond the first year. The Government holds the right to place orders up to the maximum number of units specified, and for threshold calculation purposes, the total contract value is determined by multiplying the highest proposed unit price by the maximum quantity. The contract is administered by the Department of Defense's Navsup Weapon Systems Support office in Philadelphia, PA, with Liam F. Cunningham as the primary point of contact. The solicitation was posted on May 6, 2026, with responses due by May 18, 2026.
