A non-mandatory but highly encouraged virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on September 3rd, 2026, at 12:30PM PDT In-person and via Teams. Refer to Instructions to Bidders for location and access via Teams. Two non-mandatory site walks will be conducted on September 3rd, 2026. Site walk #1 will begin at 9:30AM PDT and site walk #2 will begin at 2:45PM PDT. Refer to Instructions to Bidders for location to meet, site walk limitations, requirements, pre-registration, and which Subsystems are to attend each of the site walks. Bids are due no later than 2:00PM PDT September 24th, 2026. Submit bids via email to SEA-SCEBids@henselphelps.com on the bid form included in the Bid Documents document titled Instructions to Bidders. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for all subcontracts exceeding $100,000 on the Bond Forms provided with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the bid and on the forms provided with the Bid Documents. Subcontracts shall be executed on the Hensel Phelps standard subcontract forms, copies of which are included with the Bid Documents. This is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) project.
