The Contractor shall ensure that these services are performed in a manner that ensures the health and safety of federal employees and members of the public; and both the sanitary conditions and aesthetic appearance of federal property as required by federal, environmental, safety and health regulations. Services shall provide superior customer service and well-maintained facilities that present a healthy, clean, neat and professional appearance in accordance with (IAW) all the terms and conditions of the contract.
