The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has a requirement to procure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware, software, and incidental services for a Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC) capabilities upgrade at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.


The Government currently operates a highly customized SVTC architecture utilizing Crestron and Alpha American equipment. To ensure continuity of operations, maintain the current cybersecurity accreditation baseline (RMF), and prevent the voiding of existing manufacturer warranties, all equipment procured under this PWS must meet the mandatory interoperability constraints outlined in the PWS.


Note to Offerors Brand Name Restrictions: Due to the proprietary nature of the existing infrastructure, this requirement is restricted to Crestron and Alpha American. Quotes that require "rip-and-replace" of the existing baseline will be deemed technically unacceptable.
