Full Description
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has a requirement to procure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware, software, and incidental services for a Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC) capabilities upgrade at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.
The primary objective is to acquire and install a fully operational and integrated SVTC system. The requirement includes, but is not limited to, video matrix switchers, encoders/decoders, network switches, audio processors, cameras, microphones, and all necessary components for a complete solution. Incidental services include physical installation, system configuration, integration with existing government infrastructure, user training, and warranty support.
Due to the proprietary nature of the existing architecture, all equipment must be natively compatible with Crestron and Cisco systems to ensure interoperability and maintain the current cybersecurity baseline.
This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7E20 (IT and Telecom - End User: Help Desk; Tier 1-2, Workspace, Print, Output, Productivity Tools (HW/Perp SW)).
All specific technical requirements, delivery schedules, performance standards, and brand-name justifications are contained within the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be attached to the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all attachments in their entirety.
