With this RFP, CMHC is seeking prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Security Guard Services for Granville Island (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) as further described in Section A and B of the RFP Specifications (Appendix C). It is CMHC’s intention to enter into an agreement on a non-exclusive basis with one (1) successful proponent. The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for a period of three (3) years with optional renewal for two (2) subsequent one-year period, not to exceed a cumulative total of five (5) years.
