Security Upgrade for D2 Office - Cameras and Key Fobs

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to perform a security system upgrade at the District 2 Office located at 952 Lima Ave, Findlay, Ohio. The scope of work includes the installation of a door key fob system on three exterior and three interior doors of the main building, including the rekeying of hard locks, and the implementation of a comprehensive security camera system. The camera system must provide 360-degree exterior coverage with spotlights, sirens, and microphones, as well as interior coverage of the atrium and conference rooms, with recording capabilities maintained for at least 30 to 45 days. The project also requires the contractor to provide employee training on system operations. All deliverables must be completed by April 30, 2027. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the low lot total, which encompasses the initial work and three optional alternate deliverables for camera expansion into the Maintenance, Fish/Law Storage, and South Storage buildings. To be considered responsive, bidders must bid on all line items and complete a mandatory site visit. The evaluation process includes preferences for Buy American, Buy Ohio, and certified veteran-friendly businesses.
