Water Systems Consulting, Inc. (WSC) is assembling a team to pursue the Southwest Sewer Improvement Phase 3, Project No. 1SSW3, for City of Bend, OR. WSC is a water-focused civil engineering and hydrogeology firm with nearly 20 years of experience in the planning, design, construction, and optimization of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment facilities. WSC is seeking subconsultants to provide Roadway and Drainage Engineering, Survey, Right of Way, and Public Outreach services. City of Bend’s active RFP is for professional design services to address sewer system deficiencies in southwest Bend. This solution generally includes extending gravity sewer mainline, decommissioning existing pump station(s) along the alignment, and installation of service laterals to properties served by onsite septic. The project may include transportation improvements. This project is funded by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) which is administered through Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
