The City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Seismic Valve Improvements Capital Project. This project includes installation of seismic valves on the City's six distribution system storage tanks to provide automatic isolation of the tanks' inlets and outlets during an earthquake. The City will screen and select prospective consultants to provide these professional services as provided in ORS 279C.110(5). Please do not submit any pricing information unless specifically requested by the City. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 17, 2026, via BidLocker at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLocker.
No proposal will be considered unless completed in the manner provided in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) document. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered.
