Price Breaks requested up to a quantity of 1500. This item is solicited under Full and Open Competition FAR 6.102. First Article Testing is not required. The Government required delivery is 185 days, and item will be shipped to: W62G2T W1BG DLA Distribution 25600 S Chrisman Road REC Whse 57 Tracy, CA 95304-5000 This NSN is listed as a primary QPL or QML. Therefore, the Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List is applicable. NSN 5961-01-534-2313 is to be procured in accordance with approved QPL (Qualified Product List). Approved source; Semitronics (31338) JANTX2N2619A IAW Specification Number MIL-PRF-19500. Once the solicitation is issued, product supplied to the above Specification shall be manufactured by an accredited manufacturer (for components and assemblies) and/or assembled by an accredited manufacturer or accredited assembling distributor (for assemblies) as listed in the PR QML or QPL for this standard. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedure should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
