PR0020764298, 5961-01-210-2668. Approved source(s): RSM Electron Power (13409) P/N 11436907 IAW 18876 Dwg 11436907 and MIS-19836. The requirement is for 803 each to be delivered to New Cumberland PA within 250 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 100 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 24 February 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Various increments solicited: from 750 ea to 999 ea; from 1,000 ea to 1,499 ea. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
