SENIOR CENTER RENOVATIONS

Reeves County is soliciting sealed bids for the renovation and expansion of the Senior Citizen Center located at 505 South Park Street in Pecos, Texas. The project involves modifying the existing 7,856 square-foot facility by adding approximately 2,044 square feet, resulting in a total building area of about 9,900 square feet. Key improvements include expanding the commercial kitchen and adding a walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and pantry, as well as renovating and enlarging the adjacent senior activity hall to enhance functionality and capacity for community use. The solicitation, numbered ITB-26-013, was posted on August 6, 2026, with bids due by September 15, 2026.
