SENSING ELEMENT

Offerors must submit quotations for a sensing element with NSN 1680-01-214-9720, quantity of three units, under solicitation SPE4A5-26-T-305V, with a response deadline of July 30, 2026, and delivery required within 170 days after delivery order. Due to fluctuating demand, offerors are strongly encouraged to provide quantity ranges rather than fixed quantities to allow buyers flexibility in combining requirements without resolicitation. Fast Pay is not applicable. Offerors must certify they will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services as defined by FAR 52.204-24 or DFARS 252.204-7016. Domestic material restrictions under the Berry Amendment and Buy American Act apply, with the Berry Amendment threshold now at $150,000; non-domestic materials require full disclosure to the point of contact. Small business joint ventures must submit required representations for applicable small business categories. Access to the Vendor Shipment Module will require registration through DLA’s Account Management & Provisioning System within two months, and contractors using VSM WebServices must update their schema by April 23, 2025, or lose shipping capability. Additive manufacturing is prohibited unless explicitly approved in advance by the contracting officer. Offerors anticipating a late submission must file a “No Bid” on DIBBS with an anticipated quote date or reason for non-submission to avoid assumptions of unavailability. All submissions must include current dealer or distributor certification details and be submitted through DIBBS.
