Applied Research Associates, Inc. owns the proprietary rights to the Sentinel Command and Control System (SCCS) software, currently being used with the Security Enhancement System. As a result, the software is not available for purchase on the open market. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, in order for your company to submit a quote for this requirement, you would have to obtain permission/a license for the proprietary software through ARA. The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a sole source requirement to Applied Research Associates, Inc., for the FY17 service for Sentinel Security Enhancement System. The reference number is F3S3247156AQ01, and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The sole source purchase will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
