The Bureau of Indian Education plans to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to UNIT4 Education Solutions, Inc. for the annual maintenance renewal of the CAMS system used at Haskell Indian Nations University. This system is integral to student administration, data storage, and daily academic operations, providing a secure and interconnected platform that enhances administrative efficiency, compliance, and accuracy. As UNIT4 is the exclusive provider of the CAMS maintenance agreement, and given the critical role of the system, transitioning to a different platform midstream is deemed both impractical and irresponsible. This procurement is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b), indicating a sole source acquisition without competitive solicitation. The notice serves only to inform and will consider any information submitted before the posting date but does not invite competitive bids or quotations. Questions or information related to this contract should be directed via email to the designated purchasing agent.
