Fresno CA. 440 S Modoc St. Fresno, Ca. 93706. The Approx. sf. of parking areas & drives is 40,000 sf. and Concrete installations @ dumpster locations Lot #1, Lot #4, Lot #5 Additionally, this project will include construction of a new driveway, sidewalk, and private road to connect to interior private loop road, build new curb & gutter from S Trinity St. onto the property located at Sequoia Courts Terrace 515 S. Modoc St. Fresno, Ca. 93706. Construct a new 6' high fence with pedestrian gate and electrified vehicle gate to secure the driveway entrance. Install 'click to enter' system, provide motor for gate and provide battery backup (For the Purposes of the Scope Anything That References Replace Shall Mean Remove and Replace with New) See attached Scope of Work. Bidders will be required to submit bids for this construction project. Both Federal Davis Bacon and California Prevailing Wage requirements apply. All Contractors and Subcontractor must be currently registered with the DIR at the time of the bid submission.
