CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE-NATIONALE Projet : 25-7416 - Service abris d'hiver et auvents _____________________________________________________ Appel d’offres public pour le service de montage, de démontage, de réparation et l'entreposage des abris saisonniers (hiver et d'été) dans les établissements du CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale Le Chargé de projet est : Monsieur Désiré-Hermann Ohui Le présent appel d’offres vise l’adjudication d’un contrat de service pour : • Le montage et démontage : offrir un service de montage et démontage d’abris saisonniers (hiver et été) en tout genre. • L’entreposage, l’entretien, nettoyage et séchage de toiles : offrir un service d’entreposage dans un endroit bien ventilé, à l’abri de l’humidité et du soleil. Avant l’entreposage, afin d’éviter des dommages et moisissure aux toiles, le Prestataire de service doit offrir un service efficace d’entretien, de nettoyage, de séchage afin de rendre propre les toiles, les débarrasser des tâches accumulées et améliorer leur ’imperméabilité. • La réparation et remplacement : Offrir un service de réparation de toile ainsi que le remplacement de pièces de l'abris. Le Prestataire doit être à mesure de modifier l'abri afin qu’il soit mieux adapté aux besoins des sites. • La location d’abris : offrir un service complet de location d’abris, incluant la livraison, l’installation, le démontage et l’entreposage. Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit fournir tous les services normaux qui sont habituellement requis pour ce type de contrat, et ce, conformément aux réglementations municipales et aux exigences des compagnies d’assurance. Le CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale vise l’adjudication d’un contrat de service pour le montage, le démontage, la réparation et l'entreposage des abris saisonniers (hiver et d'été) valable pour une (1) année ferme, et deux (2) options de renouvellement pour une durée supplémentaire d’une (1) année chacune soit : • Du 1er mai 2026 au 30 avril 2027 (année ferme); • Du 1er mai 2027 au 30 avril 2028 (année optionnelle); • Du 1er mai 2028 au 30 avril 2029 (année optionnelle). Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES peut présenter une soumission pour l’un ou l’autre des CINQ lots (05) lots ou pour la totalité des lots selon sa capacité opérationnelle.
