SERVICE TRUCKS FOR CENTRAL SERVICES DIVISION

The State of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services Central Services Division is soliciting the procurement of two tradesman work trucks, consisting of one Type 1 vehicle (Ford F-350 or equivalent) and one Type 2 vehicle (Ford F-250 or equivalent), with an option for the State to purchase a third Type 1 vehicle. All vehicles must be delivered to Oahu in full operational condition, completely serviced and detailed, with clean titles and all required Hawaii safety inspections and registrations. The contract period begins upon the Notice to Proceed, with a final delivery deadline of October 1, 2027. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated total sum bid price, provided the offeror is responsive and responsible. Qualified bidders must submit Offer Forms A and B, a W-9, and Hawaii Motor Vehicle Industry Licenses via the HIePRO portal. Key compliance requirements include maintaining a Certificate of Good Standing, providing a used vehicle warranty per HRS 481J, and obtaining a certificate of compliance from the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Final payment is contingent upon tax clearances from the State of Hawaii and the IRS.
