OBJET DU CONTRAT : SANTÉ QUÉBEC SAGUENAY-LAC-ST-JEAN - UNIVERSITAIRE (CIUSSS du Saguenay - Lac-Saint-Jean) est à la recherche d’un ou de plusieurs PRESTATAIRE(S) DE SERVICES pour le déneigement des installations visées. SERVICES REQUIS : Le présent devis décrit l’ensemble des services requis incluant, sans s’y limiter, le déneigement des stationnements, le déneigement manuel, le déneigement des trottoirs et autres zones de circulation, le déglaçage à l’aide de produits spécifiques, le sablage, l’installation de balises, la réparation des dommages, le nettoyage printanier ainsi que la gestion et le transport de la neige pour les installations visées. Considérant que plusieurs sites desservent une clientèle vulnérable et assurent des services essentiels (24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7), le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit maintenir une capacité d’intervention suffisante afin d’assurer en continu la sécurité des usagers, des employés et des visiteurs. ALLOTISSEMENT : Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE divise le territoire en 21 lots distincts. La liste détaillée des installations de chacun des lots est fournie à l’Annexe 1 du devis et fait partie intégrante du devis, incluant les références aux plans de déneigement associés. Les SOUMISSIONNAIRES peuvent proposer des offres pour un seul ou plusieurs lots, mais doivent obligatoirement indiquer un montant forfaitaire annuel pour chaque installation du ou des lots visés, et ce pour chacune des années, incluant les options de renouvellement. Pour les lots #3 et #10, la section « sorties de neige » doit également être complétée.
