Le Centre de services scolaire des Monts et Marées (CSSMM), désire mandater une firme offrant des services professionnels en architecture du bâtiment, pour un projet de construction d’une nouvelle école primaire de 31 classes dans la ville de Matane, le tout en lien avec les projets découlant du Plan québécois des infrastructures (PQI) du ministère de l'Éducation (MEQ). Le Centre de services scolaire des Monts-et-Marées (CSSMM) est une organisation bien implantée dans son milieu qui dispense des services éducatifs sur un territoire de 8 800 kilomètres carrés sur lequel on retrouve les municipalités régionales de comté (MRC) de La Matanie et de La Matapédia. Nos services scolaires sont répartis dans 29 établissements et 36 bâtiments. Nous desservons une population scolaire comptant près de 5 000 élèves, jeunes et adultes. Les superficies tout comme le nombre et la description des locaux sont à titre indicatif. Les aménagements devront faire référence aux différents critères énoncés, entre autres, dans le Guide de planification immobilière – établissements scolaires primaires, établi par le Ministère, dans le respect de la portée du projet et du programme fonctionnel autorisé. Si des conditions spéciales affectent le coût du projet, celles-ci devront être présentées au Ministère pour approbation. La signature architecturale, la stèle et les mesures d’exemplarité de l’État pour les bâtiments devront être respectées. Plusieurs autres guides devront être pris en considération lors de l’élaboration et de la conception de l’école, et pourront vous être transmis au cours du mandat. De plus, des considérations liées au développement durable et à l’efficacité énergétique, à la flexibilité et à la facilité d’entretien, ainsi qu’à l’innovation pédagogique devront également être prises en compte dans la conception du projet.
