Les formules de soumissions peuvent être obtenues uniquement par le biais du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) au www.seao.ca ou au 1-866-669-7326. L'obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. Les soumissions seront reçues jusqu’à 14 heures le 21 mai 2026 à l'hôtel de ville situé au 71, rue Charlotte à Sorel‑Tracy ou transmises par voie électronique par le biais du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO).L'ouverture publique des soumissions suivra.
