Mise en œuvre Dans le cadre du présent mandat, l’Ingénieur devra élaborer, en collaboration avec le Client et les parties prenantes concernées, un plan de mise en œuvre détaillé pour les années 2027 et 2028, visant à assurer la continuité des services pédagogiques pendant la réalisation des travaux. À ce titre, l’Ingénieur devra notamment : 1. Planification des travaux Définir une stratégie de réalisation phasée des travaux permettant leur exécution en site occupé, en limitant les impacts sur les activités scolaires et en maintenant la pleine fonctionnalité des services pédagogiques. 2. Déménagements et installations temporaires Élaborer une planification complète des déménagements temporaires, incluant l’implantation, l’installation et le retrait d’environ cinq (5) bâtiments modulaires, afin de loger adéquatement les élèves et le personnel enseignant durant les différentes phases du projet. 3. Solutions techniques et optimisation Proposer des solutions conceptuelles, techniques et constructives optimales, visant : o la réduction des risques liés à la sécurité, aux échéanciers et aux contraintes d’exploitation; o la maîtrise et l’optimisation des coûts de construction et des coûts connexes (installations temporaires, relocalisations, phasage); 4. Coordination et suivi Assurer la coordination avec les professionnels, consultants, autorités compétentes et intervenants concernés, et intégrer leurs exigences au plan de mise en œuvre tout au long des phases de conception et de surveillance des travaux. Le plan de mise en œuvre devra être suffisamment détaillé pour permettre au Client de prendre des décisions éclairées quant à l’approbation des phases de travaux, aux échéanciers et aux budgets associés.
