Le ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), par le biais de sa Direction générale adjointe des pépinières, au sein de la Direction générale de la production de semences et de plants forestiers, souhaite obtenir des services professionnels multidisciplinaires en ingénierie et en architecture pour le remplacement et la modernisation des chaudières (biomasse/cônes et diesel) et du dépoussiéreur à silo de la pépinière et du centre de semences forestières de Berthier. Le présent appel d’offres vise à octroyer un contrat de services professionnels multidisciplinaires en architecture et en ingénierie, incluant notamment des sous-experts-conseils et sous-traitants d’un prestataire de services professionnels, afin de coordonner, gérer et finaliser les services suivants, et ce sans s’y limiter : réaliser l’analyse des options, les services de préconception, la conception définitive, l’élaboration des plans et devis, les suivis pendant l’appel d’offres et les suivis pendant la construction.
