Santé Québec, agissant par l’entremise de son établissement CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (Santé Québec – CIUSSS-EMTL), souhaite retenir les services d’une ou de plusieurs firmes spécialisées, selon les besoins, qui détiennent de l’expertise en matière de services professionnels dans le domaine des technologies de l’information et qui sont en mesure de répondre aux exigences des profils de compétences détaillés dans le Devis. Santé Québec – CIUSSS-EMTL souhaite ainsi se constituer d’une banque de PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES dûment qualifiés, afin de réaliser les projets liés au programme de Modernisation et Rehaussement des Infrastructures Technologiques (MeRIT) ainsi que les différents projets technologiques de Santé Québec. Les mandats à confier aux Ressources Spécialisées sont d’une durée minimale de TROIS (3) mois et peuvent s’étirer jusqu’à TRENTE-SIX (36) mois, selon les besoins de Santé Québec - CIUSSS-EMTL. L’exécution de ces mandats doit être réalisée en stricte conformité avec les modalités et les exigences énoncées au Devis. Les Ressources Spécialisées assignées auxdits mandats demeurent en tout temps sous la gouverne, la responsabilité et la gestion administrative du PRESTATAIRE DE SERVCES.
