Services professionnels pour l’élaboration d’un plan de gestion des actifs en eau (PGA – Eau) pour la Ville de Windsor

The City of Windsor is soliciting professional services to develop a water asset management plan (PGA – Eau). Interested firms must submit their bids to the City Clerk’s Office at Windsor City Hall, located at 11 Saint-Georges Street, Windsor, Quebec, by 11 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026. Upon receipt, the City will open only the first envelope containing the evaluation criteria, and a designated selection committee will then review all submissions according to the tender specifications and applicable laws. Late submissions will be returned unopened. The solicitation does not guarantee acceptance of the highest scoring bid or any proposal, and the City assumes no obligation towards any bidder. This initiative is conducted under the Government of Canada framework, with the project location in the Estrie region. The Contracting Authority responsible for this solicitation is Belghaouti Amine.
