THERE IS NO INCUMBENT; THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT.
Non-personal services to repave and re-stripe the parking lots at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) at #4 Falcon Drive in Peachtree City, GA and optional work (contingent of funding) for non-personal services to repave the area around the Upper Air building at #7 Falcon Drive per the attached Statement of Work.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1305M326Q0302 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for the repaving and re-striping of the parking lot for the NWS at #4 Falcon Drive and for the optional work (contingent upon funding) for the repaving of the area around the Upper Air building at #7 Falcon Drive in Peachtree City, GA.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $19.0M.

CLIN 0002 – OPTIONAL - Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for the repaving of the area around the Upper Air building at #7 Falcon Drive in Peachtree City, GA, in accordance with the Statement of Work. NOTE: THIS CLIN IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING.
Period of Performance: 120 Days from Notice to Proceed.
(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102).
THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) IS ATTACHED. BLUEPRINTS FOR WFO ARE ALSO ATTACHED.
THE DAVIS-BACON ACT GENERAL DECISION (GD) GA20260003, REVISION 01, POSTED ON 05/18/2026, WILL BE INCORPORATED AND MAY BE VIEWED AT WWW.SAM.GOV.
COMPLETE AND SIGN THE ATTACHED CONSTRUCTION ORDER CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENT OF QUOTERS DOCUMENT ALONG WITH THE QUOTE.
SEE THE ATTACHED SF 18 CONSTRUCTION TEMPLATE WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL QUOTERS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
QUOTE PRICING MAY BE PROVIDED ON ATTACHED SF18 FORM OR ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD.

In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
