The solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0315, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, seeks the procurement of three hydraulic servovalves (NSN 1650-01-078-7317) under an FMS case, with delivery required at the specified location. The contract requires delivery under F.O.B. origin or destination terms, with inspection and acceptance to be conducted by the Government at the designated location, and full compliance with quality standards including AS9100 and relevant FAR clauses. Each servovalve must be uniquely identified per DFARS 252.211-7003 and MIL-STD-130N, featuring a Data Matrix barcode containing the CAGE code, part number, and serial number, along with human-readable text. The contract is firm-fixed-price, and offerors must certify compliance with cybersecurity requirements under NIST SP 800-171, disclose any use of covered telecommunications equipment, and uphold anti-counterfeit part detection systems. The offeror must also complete representations on size status, Buy American compliance, and ethical obligations, and adhere to mandatory invoicing through Wide Area Workflow. The response deadline is July 6, 2026, and early or partial deliveries are acceptable without additional cost.
