SEWAGE PUMP STATION FACILITY UPGRADES

The Corporation of the Town of Georgina is soliciting bid submissions for solicitation number OID2026-064 to provide construction services for the rehabilitation and upgrading of eight sewage pumping stations: SPS 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 11, 18, and 19. The scope of work includes repairing deficient building, mechanical, process, access, drainage, and site components. The successful respondent must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation, ensuring all work meets the standards of the National Building Code of Canada, the Canadian Standards Association, the Canadian Government Specification Board, and TSSA code requirements. All materials must be new, delivered in original factory packaging, and stored according to manufacturer instructions in dry, well-ventilated environments. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Town's bidding system by November 16, 2026, at 14:00 local time. Evaluation is based on compliance with the Town of Georgina’s Procurement Policy (2024-0004), completeness of the submission, and the demonstrated experience and ability of the respondent. Required documentation includes a complete list of subcontractors, a domestic supply chain plan, tariff rate disclosures for imported goods, and affirmation that no products originate from Russia or Belarus. The contract adheres to the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications OPSS.MUNI 100 General Conditions, and all work is subject to inspection and approval by the Consultant or their Inspector.
