Inspection and acceptance will be performed at the origin by the Defense Contract Management Agency. While the government intends to negotiate with Sikorsky, other responsible sources may submit quotations until October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT, with the final award based on a determination of fair and reasonable pricing.
