MATERIAL SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITHIN THE REQUIRED MIN-MAX LENGTH REQUIREMENTS AND MUST IN WHOLE FEET LENGTH ONLY (I.E. 10, 11, OR 12 FT EVEN)
