Shelton High School Band Room ADA Remediation

The City of Shelton is soliciting competitive bids for ADA remediation at the Shelton High School Band Room located at 120 Meadow Street, Shelton, Connecticut. The project scope requires a qualified vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install an ADA lift and implement structural upgrades. Key deliverables include extending concrete band room risers to ADA compliant depths, performing necessary demolition to accommodate a chair lift, and installing steel railings. All work must adhere to drawings provided by Landmark Architects and comply with the ASME A18.1-2026 safety standard for platform lifts and stairway chairlifts. The successful bidder is responsible for securing all required local, state, and federal permits prior to starting work.
