The contract pertains to the procurement of 9 units of a shim identified by NSN 5365-01-336-9010 and Eaton Aerospace LLC part number 44092-4, under solicitation SPE7M4-26-T-245P. Delivery is required within 168 days of award, with shipment originating from the supplier and delivered FOB origin to the DLA Distribution Depot at Hill AFB, Utah. The quantity is fixed with no variance allowed, and inspection and acceptance occur at the destination. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which take precedence over all other standards, including ASTM D3951 for packaging. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 for marking and labeling, and palletization follows DLA’s RP001 guidelines. Sampling methodology must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances permitted unless otherwise specified, and critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively. Item Unique Identification is not required per the service customer’s request and under DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(i). The contract calls for tailored higher-level quality requirements applicable to both manufacturers and non-manufacturers, and includes provisions for removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies. The unit of issue is each (EA), and all documentation must reference the current DLA-approved unit of issue standards. The required delivery date is September 7, 2027, with a need ship date of January 5, 2027.
