The intent is to leverage the resources in the pool and deploy them directly to clients while maintaining oversight over the project(s) and ensuring there is alignment with the architectural models being set out by Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development.In most cases the resources will report directly to the client and/or project lead and have ties to the Business Solutions directorate. These “ties” include providing project updates, ensuring alignment between GAC Dynamics 365 Online and Power Platform roadmap and client solution roadmap(s) (onboarding).
