The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to remove and replace 1000 linear foot of existing deteriorated sidewalks at Mohawk Valley PC, located at 1400 Noyes Street, Utica, NY 13502. Offerors are strongly encouraged to read the IFB and all attachments in their entirety. Details regarding the scope of work are outlined in Section 1: Scope of Work of the attached IFB-24-134. All questions from potential offerors regarding this solicitation are to be submitted in writing via email per the IFB instructions by October 17th, 2024. Questions & OMH responses will be compiled & sent to all potential offerors by October 24th, 2024.
