Invitation to tender 01B46-22-109Siding Installation for Building # 40 at St-John’s Research and Development CentreTenders for the project indicated above, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.caScope of Work:Agriculture and Agri-food Canada located on 204 Brookfield Road St. John’s Newfoundland are inquiring a quote to supply materials and labour to install metal siding and hardware for Building # 40 (Vehicle Storage Building) onsite. Building #40 is approximately 300 square meters and consists of 9 garage doors and 4 man doors.Site Visit:It is recommended that firms intending to submit a proposal for this project visit the work site. A site visit will be held on October 3, 2022 at 10:00PM ADT at the , St. John’s Research and Development Centre, 204 Brookfield Road, St. John’s, Newfoundland A1E 6J5. Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form. Participants shall present themselves ten minutes before the visit scheduled start time.Attendance to this visit is NOT MANDATORY but Firms that do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment, although they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on BuyandSell.gc.caTender Period Closing Date and Time: October 12, 2022 at 02:00 pm (EDT).Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below.
