The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide a brand name purchase of purchase of two (2) signal boosters (Wilson PRO Enterprise 4300 and 1300) to be installed in multiple USATA buildings to guarantee connectivity for government mobile devices. This also provides a critical emergency communication contingency in the event of a NASE outage. These items shall be delivered to the U.S. Army TMDE Activity locations, Buildings 5435 and 5436 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. The signal boosters shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name):



The vendor shall perform the following tasks or equivalent when installing the boosters for both Buildings 5435 and 5326.



 Building 5435 — Wilson PRO Enterprise 4300 (Wall Mount)



Outdoor Components:


• Install three (3) Wilson PRO directional outdoor Yagi antennas configured for MTT (Multiple Transmitter Technology) operation, mounted to a single exterior pole mount.


• Install three (3) Wilson PRO in-line surge suppressors between the outdoor antennas and the amplifier.



Indoor Amplifier:


• Install one (1) Wilson PRO Enterprise 4300 cellular signal amplifier in a wall-mount configuration at the designated interior location.


• Connect the outdoor antenna assembly to the amplifier via 1/2-inch coaxial cable with appropriate N-connectors.



Indoor Distribution:


• Install two (2) Wilson 3-way wideband cellular signal splitters.


• Two (2) dome antennas will be fed directly from the amplifier; the remaining six (6) will be fed via the splitters, three (3) per splitter.


• Mount and connect eight (8) Wilson PRO standard dome antennas at ceiling locations as determined during installation.



Building 5436 — Wilson PRO Enterprise 1300 (Wall Mount)



Outdoor Components:


• Install three (3) Wilson PRO directional outdoor Yagi antennas configured for MTT operation, mounted to a single exterior pole mount.


• Install three (3) Wilson PRO in-line surge suppressors between the outdoor antennas and the amplifier.



Indoor Amplifier:


• Install one (1) Wilson PRO Enterprise 1300 cellular signal amplifier at the designated interior location.


• Connect the outdoor antenna assembly to the amplifier via 1/2-inch coaxial cable with appropriate N-connectors.



Indoor Distribution:
