Full Description

This project consists of modifications being made to a new C-130J Flight Simulator Building to support installation of a fully functional C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training System. A revised "secure area" within the facility will consist of (10) spaces the perimeter of which will be acoustically and physically (controlled access) separated/isolated from the rest of the building. The original facility contained (6) "secure area" spaces (some of which were separated from each other). These space separation features are still in place. This project will add (4) more spaces to establish a single bulk volume "secure area." This "secure area" which is designated as "Open Storage Secret" allows for the protection of controlled unclassified information (CUI) and classified information, including information categorized as collateral, sensitive compartmented information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP).
