The Contractor shall provide professional virtual bilingual simultaneous interpretation services. The scope of work includes the provision of spoken English–French and French–English interpretation services delivered in a virtual meeting environment. The Contractor will host virtual meetings via Zoom and manage all associated technical and AV requirements, including the creation of Zoom meeting links and provision of live technical support throughout each meeting. The Contractor is to manage access to the meetings for interpreters. Services may be required for a range of virtual activities, including but not limited to meetings, briefings, presentations, workshops, and consultations involving internal and external participants.
