The GRIDSMART video detection system and related components are manufacturer specific and are not interchangeable with other manufacturers or systems. There are 12 intersections that must receive preventative maintenance, inspection and service. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described.
