This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Packaging must ensure the unit is cleaned and dried, all openings are protected with covers, and the shipping container is clearly marked with identification data to distinguish the First Stage Cooler and Second Stage Cooler, with lift points labeled and designed to prevent paint damage. One complete set of spare gaskets for each size must be included and protected within the shipment.
