Site license to Dickenso's FDA Webview

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fedric Inc. for a site license to the Dickenson's FDA Webview. This site license will provide unlimited online web access to Dickenson's FDA activities. The period of performance for this requirement is 12 months from effective date. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(2)(i). The NAICS code is 519130 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Government intents to solicit one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Fedric Inc., is the only provider for this subscription . FOB is Rockville, Maryland. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capability to perform these services, which will be considered by the Agency.
