The USDA Forest Service, Chippewa National Forest, located in Cass Lake Minnesota anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This Contract will consist of; Disk trenching, Hydro axing, and Harrow, services on three Ranger Districts located on the Chippewa National Forest. The contractor shall furnish all equipment (except for front mount Rome 36" scarifying disc), labor, materials, transportation, supervision and incidentals necessary to perform site preparation, on the Chippewa National Forest. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at http://fbo.gov/ on or about Feb 10, 2016. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of the Request for Proposal. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for a base year and four optional years. The not-to-exceed total contract value is $3,000,000.00. The guaranteed minimum amount for the program is $2,500. In order to receive award under this RFP the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have completed the online representations and certifications (www.orca.gov) data base.
