During the inspection, the following items of concern were discovered: a) A portion of exterior wall at the northwest corner of the building is unstable and at risk of collapse. b) Roof leaks are present during periods of precipitation. c) Gaps are present along the tops of the exterior walls where the walls meet the roof. d) Vegetation is present along the interior and exterior faces of the exterior walls. e) Windows and window frames are deteriorated and in need of replacement. f) Paint along the exterior steel siding is flaking, exposing the siding
