The BC Wildfire Service is seeking a consultant to advance the redevelopment of the Skeena Fire Attack Base, which has outgrown its existing facilities due to sustained increases in staffing, operational activity, and year-round usage. The project will build on conceptual plans already prepared and move the site into detailed design and procurement readiness. The successful proponent will be responsible for conducting site investigations, preparing a preliminary site layout, and producing engineered Issued for Tender (IFT) drawings to support the procurement of site preparations and modular building installation for the new development and expansion. The consultant will also assist with tender package development, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during the tender period, and provide pricing for optional consulting services during the subsequent installation phase a of this project.
